Recently, I had the opportunity to partner with Amor & Rosas on their Liberation in Bloom campaign that showcases custom artwork by a Mexican artist, inspired by female empowerment and the liberation of women in poverty. In addition, 50% of the proceeds from the sales of the limited edition tee goes towards Mexican earthquake relief efforts. With the onslaught of natural disaster after natural disaster recently, it’s so important to find little ways to make a difference.
Produced ethically in Mexico using a unique hand printed technique, all of Amor & Rosas products are the result of sincere partnership with artisans across multiple villages, allowing them safe opportunities to practice their craft and to support their livelihoods. But it goes further than that. Amor & Rosas also strives to revive ancestral techniques that are near extinction, and their social impact is admirably a key component to their business model.
