A quick hello on this Wednesday morning!
I’m currently on spring break but I’m spending it quietly here in my NYC apartment. Looking back, it’s funny to remember how I’d dash to New York City every vacation I got during college, and now for this spring break, I’m once again here…except this time, it’s the equivalent of staying at home. My brain has been taking it easy this week, and my uniform everyday reflects that mentality too – my wardrobe has been consisting of tried-and-true pieces, which usually ends up to be a no-fuss combination of some relaxed tee (currently sporting this ‘Everyday Should Be Sunday’ tee), skinny black pants, and this leather jacket that’s been on repeat for the past three weeks. Classic, versatile pieces like these deserve some major love. Because they are both comfortable and can be appropriate year-round (depending on how you style them), they free you from being held captive to the seasons.
Looking ahead – my sister is coming to town next week, so I’ll be playing tour guide and taking advantage of that time to put together a few new looks as well as some NYC-focused content for you all! Until then, thanks so much for reading!
