Happy Monday! After a week of overcast and chilly weather in Southern California, the days are warming up and glowing with sunlight once again this week, giving me a perfect opportunity to contrast a thin but cozy oversized cardigan with one of my favorite tanks and, of course, some of my staple items from my wardrobe, like my black skater skirt and opaque black stockings.

I’ve never seen anything similar to this tank, and it makes me extra happy that I have it in my closet! I’ve had it since summer and it’s been such a great buy (as affirmed by the fact that it was sold out completely in stores and online in just a couple of days after its debut!). Not only is it a great conversation-starter, but the super soft material also makes the tank amazingly lightweight and comfortable, which is definitely ideal when the temperatures start climbing upwards.

Here’s a fun fact to sign off on, and it’s relevant due to the featured look and the ongoing Winter Olympics – The term “skater skirt” is actually inspired from the  short skirts worn by figure skaters! Flowy and flirty!
