I knew a crazy heat wave was in store for this past weekend (as if the past few weeks haven’t been hot enough), but I underestimated how crazy it would be! The minute I stepped outside, the humidity hit as if I were transported to the jungles of Southeast Asia, and the oxygen in the air seemed to thin out. Horrible!
It was (and actually still is) so hot and humid that even being completely naked wouldn’t have been cool enough to be comfortable. And naturally, being naked wouldn’t have been an option either way, so this Tobi dress was the next best thing. With a light, breathable fabric, the dress didn’t cling uncomfortably to my skin, and the chiffon ruffle detail added an extra femininity touch. The scooped neckline dipped a bit too low in the front for my liking, so I covered up with a lacy black bralette.
As for the rest of the day…. I’ll be hiding out wherever there’s air-conditioning! Until next time!
